FIVE INJURED AFTER FIRE ENGINE STRIKES REAR OF BUS – NASHVILLE

Five people were rushed to the hospital Thursday after a Nashville crash involving a bus and a fire engine.

A WeGo representative tells FOX 17 News that a firetruck hit the back of a bus while on an emergency call, causing the bus to spin around and block Jefferson St. at 3rd Ave.

According to WeGo, the bus driver, two passengers and two firefighters were taken to the hospital as a result of the crash. Those transported had non-critical injuries.
