TORONTO FIRE TRUCK ENDS UP IN SINK HOLE

A fire truck that responded to a water main break in North York early Sunday morning ended up stuck in a sinkhole that opened up at the scene.

The truck responded to the call on Jane Street north of Sheppard Avenue at around 12:40 a.m. but while on scene it fell into a sinkhole that opened up as a result of the water main break.

The truck was then subsequently removed from the sinkhole and taken to a Toronto Fire mechanical facility.

No injuries were reported as a result
